Course 1: 3~4 hours on foot
This course covers three popular World Heritage Sites: Kofuki-ji, Todai-ji Temples, and Kasuga Taisha, a Shinto shrine. All are located in Nara Park, so you can also see our famous Nara deer that walk freely and greet you by bowing.

Course 2: 4~5 hours on foot.
This course covers everything in Course 1 (Kofuki-ji, Todai-ji, Kasuga Taisha) plus one Japanese garden, either Isuien or Yoshikien Garden.

Course3: If you have more than 5 hours:
This course covers everything in Course 2 (Kofuki-ji, Todai-ji, Kasuga Taisha, one Japanese garden) plus Nara-machi, the old merchant town.

Course 4: If you have two days:

Day 1: Everything in Course 3 (Kofuki-ji, Todai-ji, Kasuga Taisha, one Japanese garden and Nara-machi)
Day 2: You will visit more World Heritage Sites in quiet and less touristy areas: Yakushi-ji, Toshodai-ji and Horyu-ji Temples. Horyu-ji, located on the outskirts of Nara, is the oldest extant wooden temple in the world.
